Service Description. This Site describes Oil Change Service, Auto Body Repair, Towing Service, Frame Repair Shop, Auto Body Shop, Car Repair Shop, Towing Company, Auto Service Center provided by Andy’s Garage Auto Service & Repair. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://andysgarageautoservicerepair.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Andy’s Garage Auto Service & Repair or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. Andy’s Garage Auto Service & Repair may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
No Warranties. Andy’s Garage Auto Service & Repair disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Andy’s Garage Auto Service & Repair arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Andy’s Garage Auto Service & Repair harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Choice of Law. TX law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of TX, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Modifications. Andy’s Garage Auto Service & Repair may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
